Who holds the money, plainly. The team treasury is a team-controlled multisig. The flock vault is funded by the treasury and controlled by it. The owner can withdraw from the vault at any time. Holders have no claim on either.
The treasury
The team treasury is a multisig controlled by the team. It receives the 1% swap fee on every $MYR swap. It is the team's money. Its address is on contracts; until published it is pending.
The flock vault
The flock vault is the contract that buys targets on each turn and closes positions by the exit rules. The treasury funds it and controls it.
- The owner can withdraw any amount from the vault at any time.
- The owner decides how much to fund it with, and when.
- Holders direct where the vault turns. They do not own it.
Every withdrawal is an onchain event (Withdrawn) and is shown in the ledger in the Flock tab. You can see every movement out of the vault, when it happened and where it went. You cannot stop it.
Profit routing
What happens to vault profits is the team's decision: set by treasury; buyback-burn share published on site. Profits can stay in the vault, go back to the treasury, or be used to buy back and burn $MYR.
The buyback-and-burn share is published on this site once set. Until then it is pending. It can change. A burn is not a payment to holders.
Admin powers, in short
The owner can:
- withdraw any amount from the flock vault at any time;
- fund the vault;
- pause and unpause turns;
- change turn, exit, eligibility and rank parameters;
- change the fee recipient;
- transfer ownership.
The full list, and the contracts it applies to, is on contracts and admin powers.
Why say this so plainly
Because the alternative is people believing something that is not true. Myrias is a team-run vault directed by holder signal. It is not a fund, not a pool you own a share of, and not a promise of anything. If you need a claim on assets, this is not that.
